Operations & Workflow Optimization
Project · 4–8 weeks

Business owners often get pulled in many directions, and without a solid foundation, and operations and processes in place, it may feel like the business is running you. Together we can help build the foundation with consistent operations and process to keep your business consistent and growing.
Where most owners are
Here’s the truth: a lot of business owners eventually hit the point where the business feels like it’s running them, not the other way around. And that’s not a failure. It’s a signal. A signal that the business has outgrown its original structure and now needs systems, clarity, and support to keep scaling and growing.
That’s the work. Building structure, processes, and systems around what you’ve already built so the business can run without you holding all the cards and juggling the glass balls. We can put plans together, create or update processes, and put operational efficiencies in place to take your business to the next level.

Approach
The point is to take pressure off, not hand you a new project to survive. We move at a pace you can keep, and the work itself should feel like a relief.
No 12-step methodology, no binder you’ll never reopen. Just the right moves, in the right order, in plain language.
Every plan is individual. What works for a solo owner isn’t what works for a six-person shop, and I won’t pretend otherwise. Yours gets built around your people, your pace, your real constraints.
We’re drafting the SOP, mapping the workflow, sitting in the planning session. Not handing you homework and checking in next month. The deliverable is the work, done together.
The goal is a business that holds together when you grow it, and when you take a week off. Structure that quietly does its job, so you can think about what’s next instead of what’s on fire.
What changes
No invented case studies, no borrowed numbers. Every business is its own situation, and yours will be too. But the work tends to land in the same few places.
You walk in knowing what today is for, and it mostly stays that way. The small fires still happen. They just don’t run the place anymore.
What used to live in your head lives on paper now. Someone else can pick it up and do it right. You can take a week off and come back to a business, not a backlog.
Where you’re headed is written down and broken into quarters, with check-ins that actually happen. Growth stopped being a vague intention and became a list of next steps.
Less rework, fewer dropped balls, clearer roles, hours pointed at the right things. Calm has a way of showing up in the numbers, too.

Meet Yvette
For more than twenty years I’ve worked with small business owners. Often the kind who built something good and then found themselves buried in the day-to-day. My specialty is the part of a business nobody brags about: workflow, operations, processes, the systems that decide whether a Tuesday runs smoothly or falls apart.
I’m not a framework person. Every business I work with gets a plan built for that business: its people, its pace, its real constraints. And the work is hands-on. I’m in it with you, drafting, mapping, planning, and then making sure it sticks.
The owners who reach out are usually running on fumes. So the work looks like this: sitting next to you on a Tuesday morning, helping the day make sense. That’s most of it.
What I focus on
Start here
Tell me where things are, what’s in the way, and what you wish ran better. If I can help, I’ll tell you how. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you that too. Either way, you leave the call with a clearer picture of your next step.
Taking on a few new clients this quarter.
